Job description or Responsibilities as follows.- Finance Analyst
As an Analyst, you will be part of the Business Operations Accounting Team supporting Asset Owners, Entity Controllers, Engineering, Asset Management System (AMS) IT and various other functions across Cisco to ensure that everyone follows the Fixed Asset compliance requirements. In this role, you’ll support the team in reviewing e-mail questions /queries from asset owners and also support lease accounting under NLS (New Leasing Standard). In addition, responsibilities will include the following:
Assist FA Ops team in following up with asset owners on fixed assets compliance
Assist with data for physical inventory fixed asset audits
Document processes, and maintain operations manual
Perform reconciliations and ad hoc analysis as needed
Monthly review of asset transfers, retirements and disposal
Support Fixed Assets projects and initiative
Will include other duties as new business models are developed
Support accounting components of the lease portfolio, such as extensions, amendments, or terminations, through lease system.
