Candidates should have exposure in sterile Injectable platform.
Educational qualifications : B.Sc. /M.Sc./B.Tech/B.Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy with minimum 60% marks
1)Production-Formulations – Officer – Exp:3-6 yrs. (Business -Human Vaccine manufacturing Plant)
• Should have exposure on Blending activities and sterile liquid injectable filling lines.
Experience in aseptic area Blending formulation & filling operations.
Work in shifts.
2)Production- Bulk – Officer – Exp:3-6 yrs. (Business -Human Vaccine manufacturing Plant)
• Hands on experience on Media preparation, Upstream (Fermentation) and Down Stream (Purification).
Expertise in aseptic area operation handling and troubleshooting.
3)Production- Bulk -Assistant Manager- Exp:7-9 yrs. (Business -Human Vaccine manufacturing Plant)
• Involvement of quality management system such as deviation, change control and CAPA.
Involvement in self inspection.
Handling other production related activities in shifts.
Hands on experience on overall bulk production activities.
Expertise in aseptic area operation handling and troubleshooting.
4)Quality Control – Officer -Microbiologist –Exp:3-6 yrs. (Business -Human Vaccine/Insulin manufacturing Plant)
• Experience on Test for Bio-burden, Environmental monitoring swabs and in-process samples Microbiological Testing of water samples for specified organisms, Identification of Microbial cultures.
Preparation of microbial cultures for GPT testing, Biological Indicators Sample receipt and analysis.
